Being a resident of Houston, Tx. I've seen a lot of and talked to our 'refugee' brothers and sisters from N.O.La.
There's a lot of anger and frustration out there...on both ends of the spectrum.

I don't think referring to our fellow Americans as refugees is appropriate. A "refugee" has to flee to a FOREIGN country before they're considered a refugee.
As Bruce Springsteen coined the phrase "President Bystander" from the state at Jazz Fest in NOLA this year. It's very clear who could help the people of New Orleans the most.
