Recently, the world's first "girl guitar" was inducted into the Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad, California. The guitar is the original prototype of the yellow "Daisy" guitar created by Daisy Rock Guitars president and founder Tish Ciravolo. The recognition of Daisy Rock Guitars in the Museum of Music Making is well deserved, as Daisy Rock Guitars brought a significant innovation to guitar building by providing guitars geared towards females. Daisy Rock Guitars feature smaller, lighter instruments that have feminine designs as an alternative to traditional designs.
Since the company's formation in 2000, Daisy Rock Guitar has doubled in size, and has also contributed to the doubling of the number of female players in the guitar market.

Daisy Rock deserves the credit.
I bought my daughter an Axcoustic/Electric Daisy Rock for her birthday. It is an excellent sounding and playing guitar. With a built in tuner and pre amp it has everything we could ask for. And the price was perfect for an entry level guitar that should last for years to come.
Thanks (and a plug) go out to Cary at www.electric-guitar-review.com for all the help he gave me finding the right instrument.
