Costume Ideas?

Gwar10jay
Pirate costumes are going to be big this year, I can tell already looking by what's on the shelves. If you're looking for costume ideas, how about dressing as an 80's hair band rocker? Hey, Ted Nugent gets away with it. WorkshopLive teacher Glenn Riley and his band "The Reagan Years" will be playing a Halloween show in Frederick, Maryland on October 27th at Champions. If you're in the neighborhood looking for something to do, stop by. Read more...

Remember, Kiss costumes are only one way for you to get out and trick or treat with a guitar. Dress in black, you're Johnny Cash. Beard and long hair, you're on the way to a great Willie Nelson costume. Still think you're cute and play bass, then dress like Paul McCartney. The wild costumes of the 80's may be just the ticket for Halloween: there's Def Leppard, Dokken, Heart, Twisted Sister, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Motley Crue, and if you have the money, the look of GWAR never fails.

Is piano your thing? There's Elton John if you're on a budget, or Liberace if you have access to something really wild. You could show up a day after Halloween, miss the whole party and just say you're the drummer. Just kidding! Animal from the Muppets would be a very cool drummer costume.

Get out there this Halloween and release that inner musician monster.
