Have you ever wondered the direction of jazz in today's music world? Who are the new young giants? What do we need to let go of from the past to embrace the future of jazz? Take a few minutes to watch the movie trailer of "Icons Among Us" a documentary in production that allows the artists to demonstrate what they do best and answer these questions directly. Significant artists like Terence Blanchard, Olu Dara and Stanton Moore are the ones who lay down some amazing jazz tracks in the few minutes of the trailer. I cannot wait to find out when the full release arrives.
