Artist of the Month: Phyllis Behar - September 2006

Phyllis Behar divides her painting time between her studio on Bantam Lake in Morris and her studio in Manhattan. Watercolor has been her passion all of her painting life.

A story teller by nature and by past occupation, Behar's choice as a landscape watercolorist is to tell a story about the time and feeling of each place she visits, both in her home states and on her frequent travels.
